About Alexander
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Alex! Alexander is a 6.5-year-old good boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for human affection. He is at his happiest when playing with people or soaking up all the attention he can get. Alexander enjoys being around other dogs but prefers staying close to his own pack, showing little interest in unfamiliar pups. His compatibility with cats hasn't been determined. Alexander isn't keen on kennels and is quite the escape artist, so he currently uses a special escape-proof crate when necessary. The good news is he seems to be potty trained, although like many dogs with a challenging past, he may need supervision and understanding until he feels settled in a new environment. He would thrive with a family who appreciates his loyalty, loving nature, and understands his quirks. If you're seeking a devoted, affectionate companion who just wants to be loved, Alexander could be your perfect match. Enjoy a special perk: Alexander's adoption fee has already been sponsored, so with any approved application, his adoption fee is $0. He is up to date on vaccinations, dewormer, heartworm medication, is microchipped, and neutered. If you welcome him into your heart, you'll be adopting an Aries—a sign known for its bravery and enthusiastic spirit! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
