She and her siblings were born to a brave mama who tried to keep them safe in the only shelter she could find. When that space was accidentally set on fire, their world changed forever. Their mama didn’t survive—but her babies did, because someone chose to help. Wobbles is one of those miracles. She’s also the quietest of them all. A delicate little tortie with eyes that seem to hold a thousand feelings, Wobbles takes her time learning the world is safe. Loud noises and fast movements can overwhelm her—but kindness transforms her. And when she trusts you? She melts. Wobbles doesn’t just enjoy affection—she needs it. She wants to be held close, tucked into your arms, carried like the precious little thing she is. She’ll rest her tiny body against your chest and stay there as long as you’ll let her, completely content just being near you. Wobbles also has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which simply means she’s a little wobbly. It doesn’t cause her pain, and it doesn’t slow her love. If anything, it makes her even more special—she may sway and stumble, but she keeps going, in her own gentle way. She’s the last of her litter still waiting. One sibling fought so hard but didn’t make it. The others have gone on to their families. Wobbles is about to be the one left behind. She doesn’t need a perfect home—just a patient, quiet one.
