Ellie is about 5 years old and weighs 55 lbs. After surviving a car accident and recovering from surgery, she’s settled into her foster home and proven very affectionate with people. Though Ellie gets along with some smaller, submissive dogs, she’s most comfortable as the only dog in her household. She won’t go after dogs in public but at home, she can be dominant and needs her own space. Ellie isn’t suitable for homes with cats. Her past has been tough, but she’s shown plenty of sweetness and resilience. She’s ready for stability and someone patient enough to give her a real shot at happiness.
