Dart is the kind of dog who makes fast friends wherever he goes! From the moment you meet him, it’s clear he’s a social butterfly who absolutely loves being around people. He happily approaches new faces with a loose, wiggly body and a bright, friendly attitude, always ready to soak up attention and give some love in return. He’s a very tolerant and easygoing guy when it comes to handling, happily accepting pets all over without any fuss. Dart truly enjoys human interaction and seems to find comfort in being close to his people. While he can get a little extra excited at times—especially when there’s something fun going on—he does a great job of settling back down once things calm, showing that he has a nice ability to regulate himself with a bit of guidance. On walks, Dart is enthusiastic and curious about the world around him, which can lead to some pulling on the leash. With a little structure and consistency, he’ll do wonderfully learning his leash manners and channeling that excitement in a positive way. Dart is a sweet, people-loving dog with a happy spirit and lots of potential. He would thrive in a home that can give him love, guidance, and a bit of continued training to help him be his very best self. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!
