About Apricot>>the Bionic "button" Who
Apricot is the kind of cat people daydream about: little, bold, quick to chat, and endlessly friendly to everyone—other cats, dogs, humans, you name it. Right now, she’s in her "healing era" after two back leg surgeries, and while she’s been the bravest little warrior, she’ll need a bit more time before she’s fully ready for her forever home. She doesn’t require ongoing special care for her legs at the moment, though joint supplements may help her later down the road. Once she gets the all-clear around June 17, 2026, she’ll be able to shine as a lively, versatile companion. Apricot is a perfect fit for a pet stroller and takes her role as neighborhood observer seriously—she’ll happily ride around greeting everyone and keeping an eye out for the odd squirrel. At home, she’s a world-class cuddler, loves to nap, and keeps herself looking sharp. She’s chatty, has a knack for self-care, and is ferocious—if only to flies that dare invade her territory. She’s easy going with other cats, dogs, and children, but her heart belongs to Mango—they’re bonded, and it truly is a package deal. Apricot brings play and goofiness; Mango is her calming anchor. They’ll only be adopted together. Her ideal family will have patience while she finishes healing and be excited to welcome this duo when the time comes. Apricot’s story started a bit rough, but her next chapter could be the best one yet. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
