These two are truly bonded—Marnie seems to get a boost of confidence when Malcolm is nearby, and they thrive together. Malcolm has short hair, a passion for rope toys, and a tendency to charge over for attention the moment he hears his name. He loves neck rubs and back scratches, responding with a big purr and plenty of affectionate head-bonks on anything in reach. He's even become a lap cat when the mood strikes. Marnie, with her thick, medium coat, is the observer—curious, always in the room with her people, eager for treats and happy to be petted while she purrs. She gets a kick out of interactive feather toys and likes staking out a sunny window seat. They need a quiet, stable home with a consistent routine, without other pets or children, and people who are patient and unlikely to move around.
