Here is yet another example of FOWA working with those on the front-line doing TNR. Perla and her brothers Punch and Palmer came to FOWA at eight weeks old. They love to play, especially with their foster mother’s dog. They were born February 11th and will soon be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested and microchipped.
