Found living in a drainpipe by the highway after an old wrist injury healed wrong, she moves around by keeping her left leg lifted, hopping with a sort of quiet determination. Despite her unique walk, she isnāt in pain, and her vet team is certain that leaving her as is will keep her happiest. While Opal is still figuring out how to trust people, sheās making great progress in her socialization program. Once she feels safe, Opal absolutely meltsāsheāll flop happily for pets, and her tail canāt stop wagging. Sheās a big fan of Churu pops, turkey treats, and interactive play with other cats. Opal would do best in a quiet, patient home where she can relax, build confidence, and share her affectionate, comical side. Sheās your cat once youāve earned her trust.
