It just doesn’t surprise us anymore when we find friendly cats and kittens alone on the streets. Tigger was found at only nine weeks old—we know he must have found food and shelter along the way. However, now he will never have to worry about finding food to eat and shelter from the weather. He was born February 24th and is such a joy to his foster mother.
