Meet Comet Comet is a 9-week-old German Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his paws and a future full of love to give. While we're not sure what he's mixed with, we expect this handsome boy to grow into a 55-65 pound companion. This sweet boy is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. Comet loves to stay close to his people-whether he's resting his head on your lap, sitting between your legs, or happily following you from room to room. He's incredibly people-oriented and eager to please, always ready to listen and learn. Comet is also a curious little observer who enjoys watching the world around him. He's been introduced to small children under two and sees them as playmates, so he's currently learning how to be gentle and polite. He's also met cats and chickens-he's very interested in them and still figuring out boundaries, so continued guidance will help him thrive. He's off to a great start with training! Comet is doing very well with crate training and keeps his crate clean, though he's still working on mastering potty training outside. He's already picking up basic commands like "sit" and "stay," showing just how smart and eager he is. Comet would make a wonderful companion for an active home ready to give him the love, structure, and playtime he craves.
