Meet Gandalf From the "Lord of the Rings Litter," Gandalf is a 10-11 week-old fluffy, majestic pup with a stunning sable coat and the biggest build of the litter. Much like his namesake Gandalf, this boy already carries an air of wisdom, presence, and quiet confidence-though right now, his greatest magic is turning every moment into playtime or cuddle time! Gandalf is up for anything life brings his way. He loves to play with other dogs, enjoys being part of the action, and is always happy to join in on puppy adventures. When the excitement settles, he's just as content to lean in for affection and soak up all the love he can get. He hasn't met cats yet, but with slow and proper introductions, we believe he could adjust well. He has done well with teenagers and adults so far and may do well with children given appropriate introductions and supervision. With a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix dad and a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix auntie mom, Gandalf is expected to grow into a large, powerful dog-likely around 65-85 pounds when fully grown. He is the largest pup in the litter and still very much a puppy learning the basics of indoor life after being raised mostly outdoors, so he will need a patient family to help him continue building confidence, manners, and household routines. While his namesake was a legendary guide and protector, this Gandalf's greatest quest is far simpler-but just as meaningful: finding his forever home. His "wizardry" shows up in his playful zoomies, gentle affection, and ability to charm everyone he meets. Please note that Gandalf does not come from working livestock guardian lines and would not be suitable for guarding flocks or herds.
