Meet Aurora Aurora is an 11-month-old pug/terrier puppy who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Tulare, and she is slowly discovering that the world and people can be pretty wonderful. Every day, this sweet girl grows a little braver. She may be a bit shy at first and is a little head shy so she prefers to meet new people at her level. But give her a minute (and maybe a treat!) and she will warm up quickly… and may even hop right into your lap for love. Aurora loves other dogs, playtime, and being part of the action. She would thrive in a home with a confident canine buddy to help show her the ropes. Like any young pup, she’s still learning the basics. She is working on potty training and doing great with a consistent routine, with very few accidents. Because she can startle easily, Aurora would do best in a home without small children and no cats.
