About Eridia
Eridia arrived at her foster home after giving birth in the early morning hours the same day she traveled to safety. She is a Chihuahua/Pug mix, petite and likely around 10–12 pounds, with a short yellow-tan and brown coat. Only about a year old, Eridia is adjusting to life off concrete and learning about comfort for the first time. Before rescue, she shared a crowded outdoor kennel with several other small females—every one either pregnant or close. Now, she finally gets to raise her two puppies, Grace and Rylan, in a warm, loving place until they are old enough for their next adventure. Eridia isn’t yet house trained but is making progress. Since she’s just finished having pups, she’ll be available for adoption in roughly eight weeks, once spayed. If you’re drawn to her story, you can apply to adopt her or one of her puppies now—no need to wait. Your new best friend is just one click away.

Questions about Eridia
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Eridia is a Chihuahua/Pug mix and does best in households where she can be kept indoors most of the time. Small breed mixes like her thrive in both apartments and houses, as long as they get plenty of attention and aren’t left outside alone.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A Chihuahua/Pug mix like Eridia does not require a large yard. Short walks and some playtime outside are plenty to keep her happy and healthy.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Chihuahua/Pug mixes are usually fine with respectful older children, but their small size means younger kids should be supervised to avoid accidental roughness. With proper introductions, Eridia can do well in a home with children.
