Canton is a large, regal-looking 5 year old who is gaining confidence every day. He had a chance to play with other dogs recently and he "Aced" it! He was friendly and tolerant of the other dogs and played tag well. The volunteer who took Canton out for his pictures said that she took him to her car to get extra treats, and he was patient, watching other dogs walking by without a reaction. Canton is sensitive to loud sounds like the planes that fly over the shelter, but in all fairness, most adults are sensitive as well! Canton sought out pets and loving from the volunteers.
