Make a date to meet Slate. He's a handsome gray boy with white on his face and white socks. He's about 3 years old, weighs 53 pounds and walks well on a leash. He's a little shy initially but once he gets to know you, he'll be coming up for pets in no time and if you give him a few treats you're guaranteed to be BFFS. Volunteers enjoyed hanging out with Slate and said he's an easy going pup, a chill boy with "easy good buddy" pet potential. He liked running around outside with a ball in his mouth and seems like an overall laid back, no fuss fella.
