About Big Bob
Big Bob is about to turn 4 and brings 55 pounds of charm and big floofy energy. He came to DSDA as a pup from the original Bluey Litter, and he’s matured into a loyal, observant, and playful companion. After a stint in a home with young kids, it was clear he prefers a quieter life. Bob is happiest in a peaceful, kid-free household where he isn’t overwhelmed by chaos. He’s a classic cattle dog—smart, attentive, and happiest with his people nearby. Bob loves long walks, is calm around other dogs on leash, and never turns down a game of fetch. He knows multiple commands and has polite manners around the house. Because of his herding instincts, Bob needs a home without small children or male dogs. He might get along with an older female dog, but would really flourish as the only dog soaking up all your attention. Bob thrives with active people who can give him exercise, structure, and a secure fenced yard. He’s a great match if you work from home or can spend plenty of time with him during the day. Give him a solid routine and your companionship, and Bob will give you steady friendship in return. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
