Marty
AvailableMarty is a baby male Tabby with a brown and chocolate coat and a short coat length, currently about two months old. He’s house trained and has special needs related to his positive Feline Leukemia status, but his playful, affectionate spirit shines through. Marty has not yet been neutered and is currently in Ypsilanti, MI, where he hopes to find a warm and loving home.
About Marty
Marty is just six weeks old and was found alone in the middle of a street in downtown Detroit—skinny, hungry, and cold. Now safe, he’s come alive and turned into a playful, hungry, and cheerful little kitten. Although he’s currently Feline Leukemia positive, the vet says kittens this young often clear the virus as they grow. At only about 1.5 pounds, Marty loves attention, wants to be held, and will snuggle whenever you scoop him up. He’s happiest in your arms or batting around a toy. Marty’s best fit is a home with a cat-friendly dog or other FeLV-positive cats—and a non-smoking environment is essential for him. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, but most of all, he just wants to be loved. This kitten has a curious, affectionate nature and soaks up every bit of care. If you can offer him a safe place, some playtime, and plenty of love, he’ll reward you with endless cuddles and lively company. Marty is in Ypsilanti, MI. Ready to fall in love?
