Amber is a friendly 4 year old girl who was brought to the shelter as a stray. She is friendly to all the humans at the shelter and tries to make friends with every one she meets which has made her a shelter favorite. Amber is content to follow the lead her humans indicate. She will chase toys in the yard but is unsure what to do with them. Her leash skills are good, and she will frequently check in with her handler to make sure she is doing the right thing. Amber is dog social, and although she might not be able to live with another dog, she is definitely able to walk by other dogs on a walk and socialize with them. She will be a wonderful addition to any family that is willing to allow her to progress at her own pace.
