About Augusta Georgia Peach
Augusta Georgia Peach came to rescue at just 6 weeks old when a Good Samaritan found her in rough shape in a downtown Augusta parking lot. Despite a rocky start and being born blind, Augusta grew into a confident, sweet, and silly chihuahua mix with a beautiful speckled short coat. She easily maps out her surroundings, relishes gentle companionship, and makes her appreciation known by sticking close to her people—it’s hard not to fall for her attachment and loyal nature. She gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Augusta walks well on a leash, especially when you give reassuring words throughout. Potty training isn’t her strongest suit, so patience and encouragement are important, but she makes up for it with her love and affection. This little foodie is all about treats, cozy beds, and being part of the daily routine. Augusta needs a home with a securely fenced yard—no electric fencing or doggie doors. She’ll thrive with someone willing to see her for the vibrant and loving companion she truly is. If you appreciate heart and character over perfection, Augusta is ready to show you how much she can give. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
