About Adrienne

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Adrienne is a resilient little Yorkshire Terrier who has come a long way since her rescue. Arriving in poor condition, she bravely handled treatment for severe dental disease, demodex mange, and glaucoma, including the surgical removal of one eye. With daily eye drops, her remaining eye is now stable, and she takes her medication like a champ. Her foster reports she has been a wonderful patient and her confidence has truly blossomed. Despite being visually and hearing impaired, Adrienne navigates her foster home and backyard with surprising easeโ€”she may bump into a few things here and there but remains undeterred and enjoys her days. She is estimated to be about 10 years old and weighs around 10 lbs. Adrienne is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and tested heartworm negative. After dental treatment, she's now toothless but adores her canned food. This sweet lap dog is looking for a calm, loving forever home without small children, where her needs can be carefully managed, especially for her vision and hearing. Adrienne travels well in the car, behaves beautifully at the vet, and delights in a gentle, nurturing environment. Fun fact: With a birthday on April 6, Adrienne is an Ariesโ€”a sign known for courage and perseverance, which she certainly embodies! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
