About Benjamin
Benjamin, also known as Big Ben or Benny from the block, is a large bull terrier with a warm, people-loving personality. He thrives on attention, and if there’s a lap available, he’ll happily curl up for some head scratches and affection. When excitement kicks in, Benny barrels around like a furry bowling ball, so watch out for those playful bursts. Having spent much of his life crated, Benjamin is eager to experience the world and relishes new people and places. Still, he loves downtime just as much and insists on sticking close—preferably sprawled out right beside those he trusts. He’s working hard on his leash manners and house etiquette, especially not jumping up onto things. He’s picking up the “leave it” command quickly. Benjamin has the strong prey drive typical of bull terriers, so he’s not a fit for homes with small animals or cats. He’s toy-motivated (if it squeaks, it’s a hit) and benefits from a steady routine to help prevent accidents since he doesn’t always give clear signals when he needs to go out. He is crate trained and comfortable in his crate when alone. If you want a loyal playmate by day and a couch companion by night, Benjamin is ready to meet you. Born on June 10, he’s a Gemini—expect a playful spirit and plenty of curiosity. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
