Tutu is a sweet young mom (under a year old herself) who did a great job raising her two kittens. She is talkative and likes to explore high places. She is nervous in new situations and around new people but when she is comfortable she is a love bug. She wasn't quite a lap cat at her foster home but she has potential to be one! Tutu is a tiny little cat - fluffy and chatty, and has so much love to give!
