Alfalfa is a big, handsome black-and-white patchy pup with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. He absolutely loves a good game of fetch or tug, and you'll often find him happily chasing after his favorite toys. When playtime winds down, Alfalfa is just as content hanging out with his people, soaking up attention and companionship. He already knows some basic commands and is eager to keep learning, especially when treats or praise are involved. While he's been making progress with other dogs here at the shelter, Alfalfa prefers to take things at his own pace-observing from a distance, checking in, and slowly building his confidence as he figures out the whole "dog friendship" thing.
