About Ambrose

Ambrose is a small, spirited terrier mix with a reddish, medium-length coat and loads of personality. At around 5 years old, he’s right in that sweet spot where he still loves to play, but also appreciates a nap beside you. Ambrose’s gentle and affectionate nature shows up whether he’s trotting on a daily walk, enjoying a quiet play session, or just settling in for some company. He picks up new tricks quickly and just likes to be involved in whatever’s happening around the house. Ambrose does struggle with alopecia, so he’s got some hair loss here and there, but it doesn’t slow him down. He’s also recently had a cyst removed from his paw and is now comfortable and healthy. He gets along with other pets and is friendly with children, which opens up plenty of options for family life. He will do best in a calm, consistent home where he can relax and feel secure. House training is still a work in progress, so some patience will go a long way as Ambrose adjusts to a new routine. He’s looking for a family who will see him for the loyal, loving dog he is, appearances aside. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
