Lola is a small, resilient Miniature Poodle mix with a long, white and cream coat who came into rescue after caring bravely for her puppies. Once wary and protective, especially after her rough start as a stray, she's learning to trust and now enjoys being close to people she knows—she follows her person everywhere and loves lap time. Lola is bright and independent but has a sweet side, warming up over time and discovering how much she likes playing with toys and relaxing indoors. While she uses a dog door perfectly, she’s still figuring out house habits when given free roam, so an adopter ready for some patient guidance is key.
