Meet Amanda!!! 5/6 month old hound mix puppy. Currently 20 lbs and growing. We think she will be 40-50 lbs full grown. Amanda (and Alyssa) are 2 cute sisters who were found running loose and brought in to the shelter in Polk County. They looked a pretty rough when we got them mid-February... scraggly little puppies with big wormy bellies. These past few weeks in rescue they have been de-wormed and put on nutritious puppy kibble and are looking much better. Their bodies have grown but their big bellies have went down. They have completed their vetting and are happy, healthy puppies ready for their forever home. They are very smart and quickly crate trained and have had no accidents. They have a fenced area in their foster home, so we have not worked on any leash training yet. Adoption fee $300 includes spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworms ( dogs 7 months old and older) .
