Journey truly lives up to her name. She was found living in Lake Los Angeles with a pack of stray dogs and was safely trapped and taken to the shelter—but escaped the very next day and survived on the streets for months. After several individuals tracked her sightings across the Antelope Valley and seeing her three different times, her rescue finally worked with a trapper to safely bring her into the rescue. Today, Journey is the last dog under the rescue still waiting for her forever home. Despite her past, she walks well on a leash, is house-trained, does well with dogs of all sizes, and is gentle with young children. Journey is shy with people and will need a patient, loving home willing to give her time to build trust.
