Darla spent her early days fending for herself in the desert with only other dogs for company. No one to lean on but her pack and her own grit. Sheās a young Shepherd mix who missed out on comfort and routine, but has soaked up affection since landing in rescue. Her nature is gentle, with a tenderness earned by surviving hard things and discovering that belly rubs are pretty great. Darlaās playful streak comes out once she knows sheās safeāsheāll nuzzle close and give you those soft, hopeful eyes. Sheās spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. While sheās not yet house trained, Darlaās flexible, learns quickly, and wants to please. She gets along well with both dogs and children.
