About Professor Rj Lupin

🌙 Meet Professor RJ Lupin! 🌙 We are happy to introduce the inquisitive Professor RJ Lupin to you! Just under 2.5 years old, Professor RJ Lupin has all the charm and looks to cast spell over your heart. This adorable boy can be found spending his days bird watching, snoozing in his cat condo, and watching Harry Potter on repeat. Professor Lupin thrives in the company of fellow feline friends. He shows off his exceptional zoomies when other cats are around to play, and having a 4 pawed companion is key to his success. You see, we don't know much about his history, but we do know that he is still very nervous around people. He is looking for a patient, committed adopter who can help work with him to build his confidence, but also appreciate that he may always just be an independent cat keeping an eye on things from afar while doing his own cat thing. Just his presence along is enough to make your heart burst, and we hope with time he will continue to open up. He has not met any kiddos, but given his shy personality we think only older children who understand he needs his space would potentially suit him with proper introduction. If you think you could be Professor RJ Lupin's second chance, please fill out an application today! ___________________________ Please complete an adoption application if you are interested in adopting from Ten Lives! Apply here: https://tenlivescatrescue.org/adoptionapp/ Please Note: If the cat or kitten is no longer listed in the drop-down menu of the application then they are no longer available for adoption and we are not accepting applications. Due to limited volunteer power, applications submitted for cats or kittens no longer available will not be reviewed. About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
