About Mabeline
Mabeline spent four tough months in the shelter system, narrowly avoiding euthanasia. Now, at about 6–8 years old and weighing around 70 lbs, she's ready for life as someone's low-key sidekick. Mabeline prefers calm and quiet—she thrives in a peaceful home where lazy afternoons on the couch are the norm. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines, and house trained. After having a few benign tumors removed, Mabeline has healed up. An old hip injury doesn’t slow her down for short walks or relaxed outdoor time. She strolls nicely on leash. While she’s friendly with other dogs, gets along with cats, and does well with children, she’d be happiest as the only animal soaking up your attention. Mabeline’s greatest joy is sticking close to her people and soaking up gentle affection. She’s about as easygoing as they come—an ideal companion for anyone looking for a mellow, devoted friend to share the couch. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
