Short legs, big heart, and a very enthusiastic little hop… meet Everett. Everett is around 10 months old and just under 20 pounds of pure cuteness, packed into a slightly lower-to-the-ground frame. With his adorable shorty legs and sweet face, he’s the kind of dog people notice immediately and then fall in love with about 10 seconds later. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a minute and you’ll see his personality start to shine. Once he warms up, Everett turns into a happy, affectionate little guy who expresses his excitement with the cutest hops (he’s doing his best, and honestly, it’s incredible). He seems to enjoy the company of other easygoing dogs and would likely do well with a calm canine friend. Everett is playful, gentle, and just the right mix of silly and sweet. If you’re looking for a smaller companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Everett might be your perfect match. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
