Tinkerbell was found alone and bleeding on a city sidewalk. A Good Samaritan found her and rushed her to our shelter, where our veterinary team jumped into action. They quickly realized Tinkerbell was suffering from pyometra—a severe, life-threatening infection of the uterus—and rushed her into emergency surgery to save her life. Thanks to the quick thinking of her finder, our vets, and Tinkerbell’s incredible will to live, she pulled through! After some much-needed recovery, rest, plenty of treats, and a whole lot of TLC, this brave girl is officially ready for her fresh start.
