He has just enough weirdo vibes while being insanely handsome he is the perfect package. Winston has one tiny ear, and has degenerative valve disease, so will need to stay on meds. I love to lay on you or next to you. I would love to be an only pup but I guess I can share you with others. I am working on only going potty outside. When I go outside I need you to be close to me. Because just like a spy, I can disappear cause I’m so small. When I am home alone, I stay in a playpen with a really comfy bed. I love it. Since I am so small and my foster parents have other small dogs (18 lbs but huge compared to me), I don’t sleep in bed with them. I don’t mind. I am usually quiet and observant. I will bark when I can’t find you or need something. I love to eat. It is a small portion as I am watching my physique, like a spy. I like to wear nice shirts and sweaters and drink a martini, shaken not stirred (mom calls it water, but I know better). I can be stubborn at times. The ladies love me.
