Franklin is a bit of a miracle dog. He got himself caught in a coyote snare and was stuck there for quite some time. When the owner of the snare found him, he opened the trap and let Franklin without providing any care. Luckily for Franklin, a relative heard of the incident and called rescue for help. By the time rescuers found him, he was almost starved to death, and the leg was so infected it had to be removed. Fast forward to now. Franklin is all healed and at a healthy weight. He is doing so well learning to be a family dog. He loves love. Can't get enough of it. He's learning to play with other dogs and toys. He does well on a leash.
