Frankie showed up at a kind lady's home but his owners never came forward, This super friendly boy must have had a home at some point. Frankie is sweet, playful and confident. He is UTD on shots, neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. We don't know how Frankie is with dogs, but seems okay with unaggressive kitties.
