Initial Evaluation – Shift. Shift is a handsome gray and white boy with a friendly, easygoing personality. He is a big, sweet cat who clearly enjoys being around people. During his evaluation, Shift was eager to come out of the cage and spend time with visitors. He happily rubbed around legs asking for pets and attention, showing how affectionate and social he is. He also did very well when held, remaining calm and relaxed. Shift especially enjoys using the scratching post, which is a great sign that he likes to stretch, play, and stay engaged with his environment. Overall, Shift appears to be a friendly, affectionate cat who loves attention and companionship.
