About Joey
How YOU doin'? Joey is the smaller, fluffier, much less famous version of that other Joey, but just as charming. At four months old, this Jack Russell Terrier mix (currently about 13 pounds, with a projected adult weight around 35-40 pounds) brings a mix of spunk, enthusiasm, and kid-at-heart energy. He thrives on play—squeaky toys, balls, puzzles, whatever keeps him bouncing until naptime hits. Joey gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine roommate. He's also good with kids, though his aerial greetings could surprise the uninitiated. Still young, Joey knows how to sit, is working on his house training, and gets better at walks every day. At bedtime, he retreats to his crate and is ready for some hard-earned rest. Joey’s not sold on car rides yet—he’s got opinions on motion and prefers to keep all four paws on the ground for now. Naturally curious, he’s in that puppy stage where the world is one big puzzle, and every day brings new discoveries. His adoption fee covers neuter, a microchip, current vaccines, and preventatives. Born on January 24, Joey is an Aquarius—no surprise he's marching to his own beat. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
