Meet Jeff! He's a Terrier mix, most likely Yorkie/Chihuahua. We know mom was a chihuahua. He is likely a low shedding or no shedding dog. Jeff is about 6 pounds and a year old. Jeff came from a hoarding situation and will need another small dog in his new home. He is not leash trained yet so no apartments.
