Mikah was found tied to a fence with her pink harness on with a note that read " Mikah, I'm friendly you can have me ". Despite this she has been friendly and easy to handle by our staff. In fact, she has been out on Shelter Skip Days, and her Skip Day buddies say she is a smart dog. Mikah waited for a command before she jumped out of the car. She is playful and so easy to love.
