About Marsay & Lyonne Meet
Marsay and Lyonne are a bonded pair of young black domestic short hair sisters looking for a forever home together in Waverly, IA. They started life as strays, but thanks to a kind couple, they've been fostered and socialized in a home environment. Both girls are spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Raised mostly in a home office, they have quirks: Lyonne is the smaller, more impulsive one—playful with a love for computer supervision and toy ambushes but sometimes anxious and prone to rushing doors or jumping into odd places. Marsay is more confident and people-focused, usually staking a claim on cozy blankets and offering morning toy drop-offs as wake-up calls. Both need a little guidance about household routines outside the bedroom, but they are quick learners and eager to interact. Lyonne and Marsay cannot be separated—when apart, one hides while the other cries, so adopters must commit to keeping them together. Both do well with other friendly cats and might accept a gentle dog, but they will not be placed in homes with small children or aggressive pets. They are too busy and silly to be lap cats, but they're affectionate and enjoy being picked up and kissed. Indoor-only homes only. If you're looking for a pair of young cats to liven up your home office and bring daily entertainment, these two could be a perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
