Meet Slinkie! Slinkie is a Pittie mix, estimated to be around 3 years old. He came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. Life in the kennel has been stressful for him - he’d much rather be by his people’s side. Slinkie loves affection and will happily sneak in the occasional kiss for his human friends! He’s treat motivated, already knows how to “sit” on command, and keeps a clean kennel. He’s ready to be a loyal, loving companion in a forever home! Slinkie would do well with kiddos aged 8 and older. He has potential to live with cats with proper introductions. Slinkie has potential to live with another dog. Based off of his dog compatibility test, he might do best with a calm/independent dog that can co-exist well. A meet and greet would take place at the shelter with other dogs living in the home to ensure it is a good match. Slinkie is available now!
