Puppercino and his papa, Bear, came from a home with too many dogs and an owner who was overwhelmed despite the best of intentions. Puppercino (“Cino”) is smaller than his dad. He’s a 4 year old timid little guy with the sweetest face and a slight fu-manchu mustache curling around his wiry snout. Cino is that funny mix that at some angles the iPhone says Airedale, while in repose, it turns up as beagle. Let’s call him unique, since it’s tough to pin down a breed. He is not used to the leash yet and is a possible flight risk for now, but he is also a grade “A” lap dog according to the volunteers and a cuddlebug who just wants to feel safe and secure. You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment.
