Rhiannon is a resilient little soul who overcame a difficult and unhealthy start to life. Thankfully, she was brought into a safe, clean, and loving foster home where she has truly blossomed. Now thriving, Rhiannon is full of personality: bright, energetic, endlessly curious, and incredibly smart. She’s equal parts playful chaos and devoted love bug, making her a joyful addition to the right home.
