Goldie is a gentle, affectionate girl with a soft heart and so much love to give-she just needs a little time to show it. Initially shy in new situations, Goldie blossoms into a sweet companion who enjoys pets and will happily soak up attention once she feels comfortable. She's lived in a calm home where she was the only pet and did well with visitors, often approaching to rub against them for affection. Goldie has lovely house manners with no litterbox issues and enjoys lounging on her cat tower. She prefers a low-key environment and tolerates everyday household noise well, only startled by sudden loud sounds. While she's not a fan of brushing, she's comfortable being picked up and handled. Goldie would do best in a patient, understanding home that will give her the time she needs to settle in and shine as the sweet, loving companion she truly is.
