Bingo is an 8 week old puppy who came to us as an owner surrender with his 5 siblings. He is in a foster home where he does well with kids and other dogs. He is available to go to a foster to adopt until he is neutered in May. Please apply at Whsadopt.org if you are interested in meeting him.
