Diesel is an adorable Golden Retriever mix puppy with a sleek black coat and an even brighter personality! At just 3 months old, he’s already about 18 lbs and is expected to grow to around 60 lbs—just like his mom. Diesel and his brother Diego were surrendered when their previous family realized they weren’t prepared for how large and active the boys would become, especially in a small apartment. Wanting the best for them, they made the difficult but responsible decision to bring them to our rescue so they can find homes better suited to their needs. Diesel is a fun-loving, happy pup who is full of curiosity and charm. Like any young puppy, he’s still learning the ropes—he will need continued guidance with potty training and basic manners. He’s very social and gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Diesel is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed. He is not yet neutered but will be undergoing that procedure through the rescue. At this time, we are looking for a foster-to-adopt home while he completes his vetting. Diesel and his brother do not need to be adopted together and can go to separate homes.
