Betty is a sweet and gentle three-year-old Poodle mix weighing in at 20-lbs with a soft heart and an even softer coat. She is still adjusting to the world around her and needs a patient family to guide her. Betty's calm and well-mannered nature make her a truly special companion. She is understandably timid and prefers the reassurance of her human, often remaining right where she is placed until given gentle direction. She will blossom in a patient, loving home where she can build confidence at her own pace. Despite her shyness, Betty is incredibly cooperative and trusting and loves a good belly rub. She allows bathing, grooming, and even taking medicine without fuss, showing just how gentle and compliant she is. Betty is still working on house training but is making progress with consistency and encouragement. She would thrive in a calm environment with a kind adopter who can provide reassurance, routine, and plenty of love.
