Otto Kemp is a handsome 2-year-old German Shepherd who came to the shelter as a stray, but you’d never guess it from his sweet and easygoing personality. This 63-pound good boy has quickly shown everyone what a wonderful companion he can be. Otto gets along well with other dogs and would likely do just fine in a home with a dog-savvy cat. He’s still brushing up on his leash manners and can pull when he’s excited, but the good news is that he’s non-reactive and eager to learn.
