They Made a Song About Him… Now Winston Needs a Home 🎶🐶 (Adopt Me!) They made a song about me… so I guess you could say I’m kind of a big deal. Hi, I’m Winston. 🐶🐾 I’m about 1 year old, which basically means I’m still a puppy… just with extra personality. I am a Brussels Griffon/Maltese mix and I weigh 13 lbs. I’ve got energy for days (seriously… we could walk forever), a brain that’s always working, and a heart that’s just looking for someone to belong to. Let me tell you a few important things about me: First—yes, this adorable little underbite? It’s real. It’s permanent. It’s my signature look. You will fall in love with it. Everyone does. Second—I don’t shed. That’s right. You get all this love with none of the fluff cleanup. You’re welcome. Now let’s talk about my hobbies: Professional toy enthusiast (stuffies, balls… I love them all) Peanut butter Kong connoisseur (frozen only, please—I have standards) Car ride adventurer (windows down = best day ever) Shoe relocation specialist (I don’t destroy them… I just rehome them 😆) I LOVE people. Like, really love them. Pets, cuddles, attention—I’m all in. I also do great with other dogs as long as we’re introduced the right way. I think kids are fun too, but I might be a bit much for the really little ones because… well… I get excited about life. I’ll be honest with you—my early days weren’t perfect. I spent more time in a crate than I should have. But I’m learning now that my crate can be a safe, cozy place (especially when food is involved… I LOVE food). I’m still working on my training, but I’m super smart and very treat motivated, so I catch on fast. I just need someone patient who will keep teaching me how to be my very best self. I can use a pee pad if I’m in a confined space, I’m learning my routines, and I really want to make you proud. Oh—and this is kind of a big deal… my foster mom loved me so much she made me my own song 🎶 (yes, I’m basically famous), and a wonderful lady from the rescue even helped create a video about me. What I’m looking for is someone who: Wants a best friend Has an active lifestyle (or at least likes walks… a lot of walks 😄) Will keep teaching me and guiding me Will laugh when I steal a shoe and then immediately forgive me Must have a secure fenced-in backyard where I can run, explore, and live my best zoomie life I don’t think I’m asking for too much… just a home, a human, and a chance.
