Meet Penelope 🐾 Penelope came to us pregnant and did an amazing job raising her babies. She was a wonderful, patient mama who made sure her kittens were safe, fed, and loved. Now that her little ones are growing up and starting their own journeys, it's finally Penelope's turn. This sweet girl has a gentle personality and a loving heart. After dedicating herself to motherhood, she's ready to relax, soak up attention, and enjoy a home where she can be the one getting spoiled for a change. Penelope has done her job raising the next generation--now she's ready to find a family who will love her just as much as she loved her kittens. 🐾An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $250.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice. Cats and kittens are minimum donation $50.00
